浩瀚色譜(山東)應用技術開發有限公司建立用氣相色譜法同時測定工作場所空氣中一甲胺、二甲胺和三甲胺的方法。保留時間定性,峰面積定量。結果結果顯示,一甲胺、二甲胺和三甲胺在1~20μg/ml范圍內呈線性關系,相關系數在0.999 7~0.999 8之間;檢出限分別是0.013、0.006 9、0.024μg/ml;以采樣體積為15 L計算一甲胺、二甲胺和三甲胺的zui低檢出濃度分別為0.009 0、0.004 6、0.016 0 mg/m3;方法重現性好,其相對標準偏差為0.1%~2.4%;一甲胺、二甲胺和三甲胺的加標回收率分別為98.5%~99.1%、99.1%~99.9%、98.9%~99.7%。結論該方法快速、靈敏、準確,可同時測定共存于工作場所空氣中的一甲胺、二甲胺和三甲胺。

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. established a method for the simultaneous determination of monomethylamine, dimethylamine and trimethylamine in workplace air by gas chromatography.
