浩瀚色譜(山東)應用技術開發有限公司建立工作場所空氣中一甲胺和二甲胺的頂空氣相色譜測定方法。方法用酸性吸收液采集空氣中的一甲胺、二甲胺,堿溶液中和后頂空進樣氣相色譜,經HH-Volamine毛細管色譜柱分離,氫焰離子化檢測器測定。結果一甲胺濃度為3.06~48.88μg/ml時,標準曲線回歸方程為Y=667.65X-1596.9(r=0.9991),二甲胺濃度為3.08~49.32 μg/ml時,標準曲線的回歸方程為:Y=2123.1X-3437.4(r=0.9993)。一甲胺方法檢出限為2.6μg/ml,ZUI低檢出濃度為1.6 mg/m~3(以采集7.5 L空氣樣品計);二甲胺檢出限為1.8μg/ml,ZUI低檢出濃度為1.2 mg/m~3。樣品于4℃冰箱內可保存5 d。結論該方法可以滿足同時測定工作場所空氣中一甲胺和二甲胺濃度的要求。

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. has established a headspace gas chromatography method for the determination of monomethylamine and dimethylamine in workplace air. Methods The monomethylamine and dimethylamine in the air were collected by acid absorption solution, neutralized by alkali solution, and then sampled by headspace gas chromatography, separated by HH-Volamine capillary column, and determined by hydrogen flame ionization detector. Results When the concentration of monomethylamine was 3.06-48.88 μg/ml, the regression equation of the standard curve was Y=667.65X-1596.9 (r=0.9991), and when the concentration of dimethylamine was 3.08-49.32 μg/ml, the regression equation of the standard curve was: :Y=2123.1X-3437.4 (r=0.9993). The detection limit of monomethylamine method is 2.6μg/ml, and the lowest detection concentration of ZUI is 1.6 mg/m~3 (based on the collection of 7.5 L air samples); the detection limit of dimethylamine is 1.8μg/ml, and the lowest detection concentration of ZUI is 1.8 μg/ml. The output concentration was 1.2 mg/m~3. The samples can be stored in a refrigerator at 4°C for 5 days. Conclusion The method can meet the requirements of simultaneous determination of the concentrations of monomethylamine and dimethylamine in workplace air.
